Absolutely fuming. Ordered a Survey leather blazer from 400 to 260 in the black Friday sale. Order 9118387 I got the last one in stock. They since had more in stock... but of course I didn't think much of it... why would I I'd already ordered mine. A few days later I got an email to say I'd been refunded because the item was out of stock. NOT GOOD ENOUGH And no, I don't accept your apology There's nothing that annoys me more than an item being out of stock AFTER I've purchased it.
